Step One

Please provide us with all pertinent information pertaining to your project.
Three parts of information are required:
First, color photographs Two options:

A.Have a trained Photosim photographer shoot your views. Billing will be based on time and distance of travel. (Washington State only)

B.You provide(for scanning 150-200dpi) or high quality JPEG email attachments all photographs should be labeled 1,2,3 etc. as well as the direction from where the photo is taken from (view from NW looking SW etc...)

Second, plans and elevations sent, faxed or zipped email attachments. The plan form should show from which direction photographs were taken i.e. labeled by view name and any descriptive text that you would like to add etc. Telecom (Elevations should show hardware to be shown, specifying type and size).

Third, additional information such as markers (post-it notes or photocopies drawn on with pencil) marking specific height, location and size of hardware to be installed. A quick sketch on a photocopy or a post-it note on photograph (be sure not to damage photo) will work well to illustrate proportions and location. Other information includes purpose of photosim and general necessity of image (what is the photosim supposed to demonstrate: Telecom antennas difficult to see, etc.?). We label the photosim by direction of view.

Step Two

The information provided in step two should give us adequate information to process the photosim. A Purchase Order will be created to track the progress and billing of the order. The PO form must be approved before work will begin. Because Photosimulations are often time sensitive, we encourage you act quickly. Again, the PO must be signed before work is begun.

Step Three

The photosimulation work. We use state-of-the-art digital imaging software to create photo simulations. A Proof copy is sent to you as a JPEG file or hard copy. After the final is proofed and billing is verified, we will place the photosimulation in our template that shows before and after scenarios. The page will specify location of the site and other pertinent information that you have requested. The final images are printed in high-quality color and are sent to you via means of your request. We File a copy of all documentation and photo sims for future printing and reference.
