PROJECT City View Apartments Seattle, WA Landscaping including living plant material, special
pavements, trellises, screen walls, planters, site furniture and similar features will be
provided from the building to the alley and a fence will be provided between the
open space at the first floor level and the garage. The visabiltiy of all at-grade parking structures or accessory parking garages will be minimized. The parking portion of a structure will be architecturally compatable with the rest of the structure and streetscape.
